The Chartwell Mining & Transit Book is manufactured in the two industry-standard styles. The only difference is the graphical rulings on the Right-Hand page.
Both styles are side opening in the traditional manner.
For those surveyors used to using Markrite products, the Markrite equivalent of the Chartwell 2647 is the BKS102 whereas there is no Markrite equivalent of the Chartwell 2637.
